ABOUT NABIH

Elevated Potential was built from a simple belief: people and organizations are capable of far more than they realize when they develop the right mindset, awareness, and discipline.

My mission is to help individuals, leaders, and organizations become stronger, more capable, and more prepared for whatever they face, whether that is personal growth, leadership challenges, or real-world risk.

I learned early on the value of resilience, accountability, and perseverance. Life tested those lessons. I endured five back surgeries and fought through cancer. Those experiences did not just shape my mindset, they deepened my understanding of what it truly takes to push forward when things are difficult.

As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, I developed a foundation in discipline, leadership, and mental toughness that continues to guide everything I do. Over the course of my career, I have led global security programs across Fortune 500 companies, built and scaled security operations, and advised organizations on how to protect their people and operate more effectively in complex environments.

At the same time, my work evolved beyond security.

I saw that the same principles that make organizations safer, awareness, decision-making, discipline, and control under pressure, are the same principles that help individuals perform at a higher level in life.

That realization led to the creation of Elevated Potential.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of human performance, neuroscience, and real-world application. I coach individuals and executives to overcome limiting beliefs, build confidence, and operate with clarity. I partner with organizations to design and strengthen physical security programs, including workplace violence prevention aligned with and exceeding SB 553 requirements. I train teams, law enforcement, and civilians in situational awareness, travel security, human behavior, and decision-making under pressure.

Everything I do is grounded in real experience, not theory.

Professionally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Security Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s degree in Leadership from St. Mary’s College of California. I am an Avery Certified Clinician, through NCI University, trained in advanced methods of behavioral change and human influence. I am also a Certified Flow Coach and Certified Hypnotherapist.

Outside of work, I continue to push my own limits. I have climbed Mt. Whitney twice, trekked to Everest Base Camp, and summited Kala Patthar. I train in martial and combative arts and remain committed to physical, mental, and personal growth.

I also believe deeply in service and community. I have served as President of the FBI San Francisco Citizens Academy Alumni Association, served as Secretary of the ASIS San Francisco Chapter, and mentored youth through The Role Model Program.

At the core of everything I do is this:

I don’t just teach these principles. I have lived them.

And now, I use them to help others elevate their potential in every aspect of life.

I’d love to help you find success. See how you can work with me to discover how to live a life more elevated.
