Starting Elevated Potential LLC is a natural extension of my life’s mission: helping people realize their full potential and overcome life's struggles. Raised by a single mother, I learned resilience and the power of perseverance early on. My journey has been marked by challenges—enduring five back surgeries and beating cancer—yet these experiences have only deepened my empathy and understanding of what it means to fight through adversity. As a veteran of the US Marine Corps, I also understand the importance of mental toughness and leadership. I’m passionate about using these lessons to guide others toward becoming the best versions of themselves.

Professional Background

Nabih Numair is a highly accomplished professional and leader in Silicon Valley, backed by a unique blend of personal resilience and professional achievements. A veteran of the US Marine Corps, Nabih has led diverse security programs across several Fortune 500 companies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Security Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master's degree in Leadership from St. Mary's College of California.

Despite enduring five back surgeries and beating cancer, Nabih remains committed to pushing his limits. He climbed Mt. Whitney twice, trekked to the Base Camp of Mt. Everest, and summitted Kala Patthar. His lifelong training in martial and combative arts reflects his passion for physical excellence and discipline.

Nabih is also an Avery Certified Clinician with Chase Hughes, dedicated to helping others realize their full potential. He is an active volunteer in the community and has served as President of the FBI San Francisco Citizens Academy Alumni Association, served as Secretary for the San Francisco Chapter of ASIS, helped found Silicon Valley Security Group, and volunteered with The Role Model Program as a mentor. Driven by a deep understanding of leadership and human potential, Nabih strives to elevate those around him, both professionally and personally.
